When you are staying down here this is a must do, set in the majestic Cathedral close. Twinkling lights, the scent of mulled wine and gingerbread, children tightly holding parents hands and twirling skaters, a truly dazzling spectacle. Thursday 21st Nov to Sunday 22nd Dec 2013; 10am-6pm from Sun-Wed and 10am-7.30pm from Thurs-Sat. Winchester is easily accessible from the New Forest, a 20 minute drive from Cadnam on the forest boundary.
Beaulieu Village Victorian Christmas Evening;
For one night only, but oh but what a night, Saturday 30th November 2013, 5pm-8pm. Organised by local folk for the delight of all with Father Christmas, skating rink, the sweet little shops offering late night opening, street stalls, food and entertainment, live music from local bands and performers. Wrap up warm and have some fun under the stars. See you there !!
